Senior Ruby on Rails and React Developer (Expert)

We’re looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails and React Developer (Expert) to join our team and take end-to-end ownership of our platform, driving autonomous outcomes and upholding engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with deep, senior-level expertise in Ruby on Rails and React
• Proven senior profile with ability to define direction, shape systems, and confidently make architectural and product decisions
• Strong sense of end-to-end ownership, with ability to set roadmap, identify gaps, and continuously build on top of existing systems
• Senior-level commitment to quality, with experience designing and maintaining robust test suites
• Experience working closely with internal stakeholders, with strong communication skills
• Background in smaller-scale environments, with ability to make pragmatic decision-making and thoughtful trade-offs
• Self-directed, senior mindset, with ability to bring structure to ambiguity, operate independently, and take responsibility for technical direction and outcomes
