Montgomery College seeks a full-time Financial Aid Assistant to provide general financial aid information to prospective and current students, assist in processing student financial aid applications and awards, and maintain records.

Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of current Student Financial Aid Office policies and procedures
• Federal financial aid regulations and policies
• State grant and loan programs and regulations
• Institutional policies governing financial aid
