Operations and Maintenance Supervisor

Montgomery College seeks an Operations and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the installation, operation, modification, repair, troubleshooting, and testing of HVAC systems and associated equipment. The role involves supervising staff, scheduling, and reviewing work, implementing safety practices, and overseeing the energy management program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 7 years' experience in the facilities maintenance field
• 2 years' experience in a supervisory/team lead/foreman role
• HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing Trades Master License or Maryland Stationary Engineer 2nd grade license
• Driver's license
