Second Shift Punch Press Operator (PUNB)

The PunB Operator will configure and operate electrically powered presses to punch holes in metals, maintaining safe operations and adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements

• Configures equipment and calibrates gauge settings.
• Recognizes condition of punches and dies, ensures tooling, and reorders as needed.
• Loads materials onto equipment, feeding material through die; positions and removes parts from die.
• Changes tooling between production runs.
• Maintains 6s (sort, set, shine, standardize, sustain, safety) standards in all workstations.
• Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor.
