The Residential Project Director is responsible for the complete management of residential development projects, from design to delivery. The person will oversee complex projects, ensure their feasibility, social acceptability, and alignment with first affordability, inclusiveness, and sustainability goals.

Requirements

• Hold a university degree in project management, engineering, urban planning, architecture, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate or residential project management, including a minimum of 3 years in team management.
• In-depth expertise in residential project development (condominiums, rental housing, cooperatives, etc.).
