We are hiring a Director / Manager of Residential Development to lead ambitious projects from design to delivery. You will be at the heart of strategic decisions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, to maximize project value and support the organization's sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Lead all phases of residential projects: planning, design, construction, and delivery.
• Define and execute development strategies aligned with the market and organizational vision.
• Ensure financial profitability and viability of projects, managing budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Collaborate with key partners: municipalities, investors, financial institutions, and communities.
• Supervise and inspire multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
• Represent the organization in strategic matters and with stakeholders.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to optimize residential project management.
