Requirements

• Provide first-line assistance, analyze and quickly resolve problems related to hardware, software, and networks.
• Configure and install workstations, printers, software, and other components and peripherals to equip our talents in an optimal way.
• Validate equipment and follow the hiring and departure process for talents (computer equipment, cell phone, alarm code, access badge, etc.).
• Produce documentation and user guides for our different solutions.
• Track and maintain inventory of equipment, software, and IT assets.
• Support our conference rooms.
• Support our immersive dome (augmented reality).
• Support equipment for construction sites.
• Communicate with external consultants, when necessary.
• Travel to different construction sites as needed.
• Perform all other related tasks to support the team in operations.
