We are Montrose, a global environmental services provider offering environmental planning and permitting, measurement and analytical services, and environmental resiliency and sustainability solutions. We are seeking a passionate Environmental Field Project Manager to join our team in the Santa Maria, CA area.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate knowledge in LDAR related hardware and tools
- Intermediate knowledge in applicable Federal, State and Local LDAR regulations
- 1+ years minimum of LDAR experience
- Offshore or military experience is a plus.
- Experience leading a team.
- Systems: Proficient using Microsoft Office products
- Licensures/Training Requirements: Valid Driver's License
- Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) card is required.
- State/Region applicable Safety Council Training is a plus
- Refinery Safety Overview (RSO) training is a plus
- Man lift Certified is a plus
- First Aid and CPR Certified is a plus
- Safety/Drug Screening: Capability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening
- Must be able to successfully pass a urine, alcohol, and hair drug test
- Must be clean-shaven to ensure a safe and proper seal on essential PPE, such as tight-fitting respirators, while performing offshore work
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work from heights
- Ability to pass a fit test for a respirator
- Responsible for participating in all safety training and assisting in safety procedures such as first aid, CPR, fire drills and emergency evacuation.
