Junior Environmental Scientist

We are Montrose, a global environmental services provider, seeking a Junior Environmental Scientist to join our team. As a key member of the emergency response team, you will conduct environmental sampling and data collection, perform research, and apply scientific methodology to analyze risk assessments and industrial hygiene applications. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related science, one to three years of experience, and advanced computer skills. The role requires immediate availability for extended travel and emergency response, as well as frequent, unscheduled travel for extended periods of time.

Requirements

• Immediate availability for extended travel and emergency response
• Ability to learn various software and complying with administrative duties (time sheets/expense reports)
• Possession of DISA & TWIC clearances within 3 months of hire date
• Completion of 40-hour HAZWOPER training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120 within first three weeks of hire date
