Warehouse Operator

Montu is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to join its dynamic Logistics team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of a highly regulated warehouse environment, ensuring stock is received, stored, handled and dispatched in line with strict compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution centre
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Commitment to following work health and safety procedures
• Excellent reading and numeracy skills
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance
• Comfortable with the demands of manual picking
• Small batch nature & bulk pick experience
• Physically fit – able to repeatedly bend, lift, twist and push items up to 20kg without assistance
• Experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse environment is highly regarded
