Job description
As a Process Engineer at Monument Chemical, you will be responsible for ensuring plant continuous improvement by reviewing production processes, procedures, quality, and performance. You will work to achieve the highest degrees of efficiency and improvement of site key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with company objectives.
Your main responsibilities will include ensuring EHS and legal compliance, managing MOCs, leading process hazard analysis, and verifying all MOC, PHA, PSSR requirements are met prior to start-up of equipment involved in area projects.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in chemical engineering and experience in batch processes and control systems. You should have good organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with technical contacts and the hourly workforce.
