Buzzi Unicem USA is a leading cement manufacturing company seeking a Process Engineer to join their Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for process flow studies, supervising control room operators, and ensuring quality and production targets are met. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to build consensus, and self-starter mentality.

What You Will Do

Schedule and supervise process flow studies, train control room operators, assist in laboratory testing, and work closely with night Plant Supervisors and Maintenance Planner to address process flow concerns.

Requirements

• BS in Chemical Engineering
• 2-4 years in process engineering experience in the cement industry
• Familiarity with operational aspects of the Cement Industry
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to build consensus and confidence
• Self-starter and inquisitive by nature
• Able to develop long-term solutions for repair and maintenance problems
• Solid computer skills
• Working knowledge of Environmental, Safety and Health, and company policies
