Job description
We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team at Tindall Corporation, a leading Precast Concrete Manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvement projects, introducing and implementing lean principles, and participating in continuous improvement and operational excellence projects.
The Process Engineer will complete the full orientation portion of the Tindall Industrial Engineering Training Program, develop and implement process improvement projects, perform work measurement projects, and participate in various continuous improvement and operational excellence projects.
This role requires a strong background in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with a college degree from an ABET-accredited institution. The ideal candidate will have less than 1 year of experience and a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred but not required).
