Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works collaboratively to provide direct and indirect patient care in an identified/defined inpatient and/or ambulatory dialysis units. The LPN provides nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of the physician or Registered Nurse (RN) and accepts delegation to meet the needs of the patient.
Requirements
- Completion of a nursing education program approved by a board of nursing
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification from the South Dakota Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 60 days of hire or transfer
- 1+ years of healthcare experience
- 1+ years of licensed practical nurse experience
