Job Description
As a Patient Access Specialist I at Monument Health, you will provide compassionate patient-focused care and be an essential team member in the front-end patient access and registration process. You will be responsible for collecting demographics, verifying patient identity, and performing point-of-service collections, among other duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of patient relations experience
- 1+ years of medical patient accounts/financial services experience
