Pharmacy Specialist | Home Plus

Pharmacy Specialists perform duties within pharmacies and the health-system to assure appropriate medication delivery and access are provided to patients. Pharmacy Specialists are expected to perform pharmacy technician duties at the top of your certification and may also perform other functions to facilitate operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Registration –Technician Registration - South Dakota Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire
• Certification – Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) OR Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - National Healthcare Association (NHA)
• 1+ years of Pharmaceutical Experience
