Group Head of Compliance

We are looking for a seasoned Compliance professional to head our Group Compliance team in Dublin. The role involves overseeing the Group's compliance framework, providing advice and guidance to regional compliance colleagues, and ensuring the team remains in step with international best practice.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' multi-jurisdictional life and pensions experience
• Knowledge of reinsurance (preferable)
• Experience in the investments field (advantageous)
• Excellent interpersonal/negotiating/communication skills
• Good line management experience
• Strong understanding of regulatory principles and practices
