Event Staff: Usher (Part-Time/Seasonal)

We are seeking Event Staff: Ushers to provide first-class customer service and welcome guests to EagleBank Arena during the 2025-26 Event Season. As an usher, you will be responsible for checking patrons' tickets, directing them to their seats, and providing building information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer service or usher experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• High level of motivation, persistence, and perseverance in working with various group of people.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and/or lift 50lbs.
• Ability to read and write.
• Bilingual and multi-lingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must submit to and pass a background check.

Benefits

• Pay: $12.41 USD/hour.
