Monumental Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Game Night Staff: Technical Lead to coordinate all technical aspects of live sports broadcasts. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in live broadcast production, preferably in sports.

• Supervise and preserve broadcast equipment
• Coordinate technical crews
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and editorial teams
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time
• Ensure accurate signal flow and quality for transmission
• Coordinate remote production workflows
• Maintain compliance with FCC regulations and safety standards
• Assist in budgeting and procurement of technical resources
• Provide training and mentorship to junior technical staff and freelancers
