Lead Data Scientist

We're looking for a Lead Data Scientist to help build the bank of the future and supercharge user engagement. You'll lead the data strategy, develop best practices for experimentation, and work closely with leaders in product, engineering, design, and research to build and iterate on product ideas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to think strategically about commercial products
• Experience with experimentation and data-driven decision making
• Ability to mentor and collaborate with data scientists and analytics engineers
