Job Description
Cypress Street Pint & Plate is seeking experienced AM Bartender(s) to join their team in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. The ideal candidate is a hard worker, self-starter, and guest-obsessed with a strong knowledge of beer, liquor, wine, and cocktails.
Requirements
- 3+ years of high-volume bartending experience
- Experience with TOAST POS
- Knowledge of beer, liquor, wine, and cocktails
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate the POS system with accuracy
- Cash handling and handling card transactions
- Identification of belligerent customers and responding to patron intoxication levels
- Attention to detail and following daily checklists and cleaning lists
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Staying updated on current trends, house specialties, and the menu
- Maintaining bar/table setting and replenishing utensils and glasses
- Properly opening and pouring wine/beer/spirits
- Concluding dining/drinking experience by acknowledging choice of restaurant and inviting patrons to return
- Following grooming and appearance standards and dress code
