Job Description
The To Go Specialist is responsible for supporting guests and third-party vendors for all take-out services and ensuring an amazing take-out experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is a hard worker, self-starter, and guest-obsessed.
Requirements
- Provide a welcoming phone greeting
- Follow guest ordering procedures
- Use the POS system to send orders to the kitchen
- Accurately handle cash and close checks
- Stay updated on current menu items and specials
- Prepare and deliver beverages as needed
- Ensure all items are prepared to specification and packaged correctly
- Perform side duties and daily/weekly cleaning tasks
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
