Product Manager - Derivatives Trading (Web3), Business & Operations Tooling

Futu Holdings Limited is seeking a Product Manager for Derivatives Trading (Web3) to design, optimize, and drive the end-to-end lifecycle management of exchange derivative product lines. The successful candidate will lead the product design of cryptocurrency derivatives, coordinate with technical teams, and manage the launch lifecycle of back-end financial operation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or above; overseas study preferred.
• Recent graduate or 1+ year in Web3/financial sector.
• Basic financial knowledge; understanding of derivatives operations, risk, processes.
• Strong project coordination/follow-through in dynamic environments.
• Fluent English (speaking/listening/reading/writing)
