The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of compliance experience in a registered broker-dealer environment, with expertise in crypto regulations, digital asset custodians, and blockchain analytics tools.
Requirements
- 7+ years of compliance experience in a registered broker-dealer environment
- Deep knowledge of securities laws, FINRA Rulebook, AML regulations, and applicable crypto regulations
- Familiarity with digital asset custodians, crypto trading platforms, blockchain analytics tools, DeFi ecosystems, and staking models
