Mooncolony is seeking a world-class Art Director to join their elite team of artists. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding a highly skilled team of concept artists and illustrators, providing artistic feedback, and ensuring the highest quality art is produced within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Managing and guiding a highly skilled team of concept artists and illustrators
• Giving hands-on artistic feedback and doing paintovers if necessary
• Acting as a gatekeeper for providing the highest quality art within the industry
• Being in direct communication with partners/clients to ensure quality standards are met and deadlines are hit
• Providing Art Direction for internal projects and IP's
• Ensuring projects are delivered with the highest attention to detail
