Requirements
- Drive outbound and inbound sales efforts to grow Moonlight's client base of US executives and founders
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal and close
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools such as Pipedrive
- Craft compelling outreach messages, email sequences, and pitch decks tailored to executive audiences
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and referral channels
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities
- Track and report on pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue KPIs weekly
- Collaborate with the founding team to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Create sales enablement materials including one-pagers, objection handling scripts, and case studies
