Job Description
The Director of Construction will lead Parity's construction operations, overseeing renovations of complex rowhomes, building teams, and fostering a collaborative culture. This is a unique opportunity for a mission-driven leader.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of construction management experience
- Proven ability to manage people, subcontractors, and trade partners effectively
- Strong operational mindset with experience scaling construction operations
- Experience with Buildertrend software (preferred, training available)
- Estimating experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle conflict constructively
