Partner with the CEO to Execute High-Impact Projects and Strategic Priorities. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, aligning stakeholders, tracking progress toward goals, and ensuring successful execution of cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership or a CEO.
- Background in mass communication, media, or content writing preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with ClickUp, Microsoft Workspace, Zoom, and cloud-based file systems.
- Strong initiative and independence in managing competing priorities.
- Experience supporting virtual teams in a fully remote environment.
