Job Description
We are looking for a Director Business Legal for our Business Unit Tax & Legal. You will be responsible for the legal service delivery within our Tax & Legal unit, combining strategic insight with operational strength.
Requirements
- Master's degree in law, with a specialization in corporate law, contract law or M&A.
- At least 1-15 years of relevant experience in Business Legal, preferably in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Demonstrable management skills and strong people skills.
- Commercial flair and a strong network within the Belgian market.
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
