Construction Project Estimator

We are seeking a Construction Project Estimator to play a key role in our preconstruction efforts by producing accurate, strategic, and timely estimates. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in preconstruction or estimating and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in preconstruction or estimating (public works, private-industrial, or both)
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Solid knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and standard practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
