Job Description
At Moose Toys, we're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our AI Lab team. As a high-impact, hands-on role, you'll own the architecture and technical direction of AI agent systems, lead by example through hands-on development, and mentor a growing team of AI engineers. You'll design and deliver production-ready, multi-agent workflows that automate core business operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in software engineering
- 2+ years building applied AI or LLM-powered systems in production
- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Deep practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning techniques
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex or multi-agent AI systems at scale
