Requirements

• 10+ years in high-level strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Proven track record of sitting across the table from global OEMs and securing favorable commercial terms
• Ability to model complex TCO scenarios and translate them into actionable executive strategy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-scaling environments
