Job Description
The Sales Associate provides fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. Sales associates / Showroom Manager have an emphasis on product knowledge, providing information on product features, and knowing related items to sell an entire project.
Requirements
- Greet / acknowledge all customers
- Process sales orders, complete financing paperwork
- Maintain display models
- Discuss available options (good, better, best)
- Set and achieve personal sales goals
- Read daily, weekly, monthly sales reports
- Assist with inventory control
- Coach others regarding customer service skills
