Requirements

• High-quality service delivery and continuous service delivery improvement
• Establish knowledge portfolios and build sector-specific expertise
• Encourage and implement global knowledge sharing and cross-utilisation
• Client reporting and continuous dialogue
• Development and maintenance of playbooks and other procedural documents
• Draft and remediate firmwide compliance policies on the back of statutory and regulatory updates and assist in preparing reports for clients as part of regulatory operations support.
• Proven track record in negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts
