Job Description
Morae Global seeks a Commercial Attorney with Risk and Compliance experience to contribute to opportunity development, revenue growth, and service delivery improvement.
Requirements
- Admitted attorney with a legal degree
- CAMS or CFE certification will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in a commercial /corporate environment with proven experience in Risk and Compliance
- Ability to lead Customer Identification Program (CIP) for clients across geographies and product types for regulatory compliance
- Draft and remediate firmwide compliance policies on the back of statutory and regulatory updates and assist in preparing reports for clients as part of regulatory operations support
- Proven track record in negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts
- Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate within one month
- A mature, team-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills
