Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Attorney with proven experience in Risk and Compliance to actively contribute to opportunity development, revenue growth, and service delivery improvement.
Requirements
- Admitted attorney with a legal degree
- CAMS or CFE certification will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in a commercial /corporate environment with proven experience in Risk and Compliance
- Ability to lead Customer Identification Program (CIP) for clients across geographies and product types for regulatory compliance
- Proven track record in negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to oversee, manage, lead, and inspire Associates
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task
