Job Description
More.com is a pan-European ticketing marketplace with 12 years of experience looking for a Customer Care Specialist to handle customer requests and provide support through phone, live chat, and email. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and acquiring a dedicated clientele.
Requirements
- Provide support over email/Live chat (B2C, B2B)
- Handle phone calls to create new online ticket reservations through our website
- Handle issue, re-issue, refund requests for Event & Ferry Tickets (B2C)
- Make outbound calls to troubleshoot Organizer issues
- Handle small client – to -organizer issues from beginning to end
- Provide feedback to CC Management & Account Management on process improvement and recommend changes.
- Ensure & provide quality of service i.e., handle inquiries & complaints from customers/client in a friendly, yet professional manner
