More.com offers a pan-European ticketing marketplace and is looking for an IT Support Assistant to provide daily technical support to colleagues and help keep systems running smoothly.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of IT (hardware, software, and networks)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure is a plus
- Good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher) and Greek
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team
