More.com is a pan-European ticketing marketplace looking for a People Ops Coordinator to help lead day-to-day people operations and shape the employee experience as the company grows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the tech industry
- Super organized with a sharp eye for detail
- Great sense of confidentiality, someone who handles sensitive topics discreetly
- A people-person with great communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.) and picking up new tools quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
