People Ops Coordinator

More.com is a pan-European ticketing marketplace looking for a People Ops Coordinator to help lead day-to-day people operations and shape the employee experience as the company grows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the tech industry
• Super organized with a sharp eye for detail
• Great sense of confidentiality, someone who handles sensitive topics discreetly
• A people-person with great communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.) and picking up new tools quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
