Manufacturing Production Associate FIRST SHIFT

Role Overview

Production Associate on First Shift, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, responsible for manufacturing, packing, and inspecting products, operating machines, and participating in continuous improvement projects.

Perform manufacturing, packing, and inspecting products, operate various machines and equipment, and participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English
• Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Visual acuity
• Basic math skills
• Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred
• Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be a citizen of the United States, or permanent resident alien, or protected individual
