Manufacturing Production Associate Second Shift

Role Overview

Join our team as a Production Associate on Second Shift at Morgan Advanced Materials in Twinsburg, Ohio. We offer a diverse workplace with a focus on safety and quality, and our Production Associates receive extensive on-the-job training.

What You Will Do

Manufacturing, finishing, packing, and inspecting products, operating various machines and equipment, participating in continuous improvement projects, and cross-training in various operational areas.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English
• Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Visual acuity
• Basic math skills
• Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred
• Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
