Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift

We are seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee the sustainment and repair of production machinery and tools in an industrial setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and relevant work experience in an industrial setting. The role involves ensuring the facility and equipment are maintained to the highest level to prevent production downtime, leading maintenance technicians, and managing work order systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance (preferred)
• Thorough understanding of electrical principles with a strong industrial electrical background (480V - 3 Phase)
• Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and use hands to tackle hands-on tasks with precision
