Production Skills Trainer - 1st Shift

The Production Skills Trainer - Manufacturing/Service will conduct new team member training on the shop floor, providing training on production of our products, Lean Manufacturing, Safety and Quality, and assisting with 5-S / Lean Manufacturing implementation.

Requirements

• Computer skills or the ability/willingness to learn computer-based systems
• Associates degree or 1+ years of progressive work history with Morgan
• Team Member must be in good standing at time of posting of position
• Experience in the implementation and training of: Manufacturing processes, Truck bodybuilding
• Continuous Improvement principles, 5-S principles, Lean manufacturing principles, Adult Learning, Process implementation, Hands on Training Experience
