Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Legal Administrative Coordinator to support the Labor and Employment Practice Group in Los Angeles, California. The role involves providing administrative, secretarial, and document processing support with a focus on delivering superior client service.

Requirements

• Regularly utilizes Task Delegation and Workflow Management software (BigHand)
• Assists with word processing, edits, and proofreads correspondence, memorandums, reports, and other general communications
• Responds to client, staff, legal professionals, and vendor inquiries
• Maintains attorney calendar and advises attorney of appointments
• Assists with time entry and billing process
• Processes new business intake, expense reports, invoices, and travel arrangements
