Job Description
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Legal Administrative Specialist to support the Litigation Practice Group. The role will provide administrative, secretarial, and document processing support with guidance in an integrated and collaborative work culture.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of administrative support experience
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Previous law firm experience required
- Experience with supporting a Litigation practice, including State and Federal Court rules and filing procedures
- Demonstrates excellence in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Portable document Format (PDF) software
