We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join the team. As a Business Operations Analyst, you are responsible for delivering data-driven insights to inform day-to-day case operations, guide organization-wide strategic decisions, and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide in-depth, digestible, and visual insights using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency.
• Build workflow automations and execute ad hoc data management projects to enhance efficiency of case operations
• Ensure data integrity and SOP compliance by designing systems to monitor case activity
• Manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
