Case Manager

At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team, assisting attorneys in developing settlements, preparing documents, and communicating with clients and providers.

Requirements

• Daily interaction with existing and potential clients
• Obtain documents necessary to support injury and/or liability positions
• Negotiate case settlements with insurance carriers and negotiate a deduction of outstanding medical balances with providers
• Maintain organized case files
• Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carriers
