Case Manager Lead

Morgan & Morgan seeks a Case Manager Lead to oversee and manage a team of 5 case managers while effectively handling an inventory of approximately 50 HV cases. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, and excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Supervise and mentor a team of 5 case managers
• Manage and oversee key dashboards to ensure cases are moving forward
• Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carriers
• Monitor case timelines, deadlines, and milestones
• Collaborate closely with a Trial Attorney to develop and execute effective case strategies
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance across all aspects of case management
• Work closely with the Pre-Suit Attorney and other stakeholders to develop long-term strategic initiatives and goals for the Case Management team
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, technology integration, and workflow enhancement
