Job Description
Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Class Action Attorney to join their growing class action group. The role involves handling complex federal and state cases related to unfair business practices and consumer protection. Candidates should possess experience in litigation, including case preparation, client interaction, and courtroom presentation.
Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Active status in the State Bar Association
- 2+ years of class action experience (with trial and deposition experience preferred)
- Exceptional research skills using Westlaw
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter with long-term career goals
