Job Description
Morgan & Morgan is seeking an Attorney to join their growing Employment Law department in Atlanta, Georgia. The Employment Law Attorney will handle a heavy and complex caseload from pre-litigation to trial, with a focus on the pre-suit side. The firm represents individuals against insurance companies and corporations, dedicated to protecting consumer rights.
Requirements
- Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
- Experience on wage and hour claims (a plus)
- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
